In a special ceremony held at Air Force Station Jaipur, Air Marshal Nagesh Kapoor, AOC-in-C (SWAC), presented a commendation on behalf of the Chief of the Air Staff to Shri Biju George Joseph, IPS, in recognition of his sustained, proactive and significant support during Operation ‘Sindoor’.

During the ceremony, Air Marshal Kapoor lauded Shri Joseph’s leadership, swift coordination and effective security management, which played a crucial role in the successful execution of the operation. He also appreciated Shri Joseph’s ability to ensure seamless inter-agency coordination and his decisive, effective decision-making in sensitive and challenging situations.
The event was attended by Director General of Police Shri Rajiv Kumar Sharma, along with senior Indian Air Force officers, representatives of the state police and other distinguished dignitaries.
