Jaipur, January 29:
Marking a new milestone in Rajasthani cinema, the grand first look and title launch of the big-budget film ‘Karna’ was held with great enthusiasm at Dhannaz Restaurant on Tonk Road. The event witnessed the presence of several prominent personalities from the film industry and society.
Story and Direction
Directed by renowned filmmaker Hemant Seervi, the film explores the conflict between faith and science and their eventual harmony. The story revolves around the form and spiritual power of Karni Mata, aiming to offer audiences a deep spiritual and emotional cinematic experience.
The film stars Sushmita Rana, Harshit Mathur, Dipendra Singh, Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat, Aman Singh Rathore, and Veer Singh in lead roles. Child artist Master Dhairyaveer Singh will also be seen delivering a powerful performance.
Distinguished Guests
The chief guest at the launch event was National President of Karni Sena, Dada Hukum Shiv Singh Shekhawat. Special guests included State General Secretary of Rajput Sabha, Dhir Singh Shekhawat, and State Vice President, Pratap Singh Ranawat. The guests unveiled the film poster and extended their best wishes to the entire team.
Shooting to Take Place in Deshnok
Addressing the media, director Hemant Seervi announced that the film’s shooting will begin soon on a large scale in Deshnok, Bikaner, and nearby historical locations. He stated,
“This film is not just about entertainment; it is an effort to present Rajasthani culture, faith, and social values from a fresh perspective.”
Soon after its release, the film’s first look became a topic of discussion among cinema lovers and across social media platforms.
