Jaipur. Shiv Sena (Shinde faction), Rajasthan, has expressed a firm yet balanced stand on the unfortunate incident at Neerja Modi School, where a young girl tragically lost her life after falling. State General Secretary Engineer Jitendra Hindu said that Shiv Sena stands with the bereaved family in this hour of grief and extends its deepest condolences. He emphasized that if any negligence is found during the investigation, those responsible must face strict punishment.
Engineer Jitendra Hindu stated that cancelling the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) affiliation of the entire school on the basis of a single tragic incident is unjustified, as it directly impacts the future, mental well-being, and academic life of hundreds of innocent students. He pointed out that the decision to revoke the school’s affiliation has created fear and stress among students, confusion among parents, and uncertainty regarding studies, examinations, and the children’s future.
Shiv Sena (Shinde faction) believes that negligence of any kind should not be tolerated and that safety standards must be strictly enforced. However, innocent children should not be subjected to collective punishment for lapses they are not responsible for. The party has demanded a fair and high-level investigation into the girl’s death, strict action against those found guilty, immediate suspension of the decision to cancel the school’s CBSE affiliation, and corrective measures keeping in mind the education and mental health of the students.
Engineer Jitendra Hindu warned that if injustice to the future of children continues, Shiv Sena (Shinde faction) will be compelled to launch a statewide, democratic, and peaceful movement. He asserted that playing with education will not be tolerated and that the future of children must remain the top priority.
