Jaipur, June 12, 2026:
A high-level delegation led by , Founder Chairman of the Dalit Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DICCI), met with to discuss issues related to entrepreneurship development, employment generation, and inclusive economic growth for Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) communities in Rajasthan.
During the meeting, the Chief Minister emphasized that the economic empowerment of SC-ST communities is essential for the overall development of both the state and the nation. He stressed the need to create more entrepreneurs who can generate employment opportunities rather than seek jobs.
Reaffirming the state government's commitment towards the upliftment and economic empowerment of marginalized communities, the Chief Minister assured that initiatives promoting entrepreneurship would be further strengthened. He also expressed his commitment to making the Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Rajasthan Dalit Adivasi Udyam Protsahan Yojana (BRUPY) more effective and beneficial for aspiring entrepreneurs.
The DICCI delegation submitted a memorandum highlighting several key recommendations, including the expansion of the BRUPY scheme, improved access to industrial land, greater participation of SC-ST enterprises in government procurement, establishment of entrepreneurship and incubation centers, and strengthening of skill development programs.
Appreciating DICCI’s efforts, the Chief Minister stated that extensive work is required to promote entrepreneurship, economic growth, and employment generation among SC-ST communities. He assured the delegation of the state government's full support in achieving these objectives.
The meeting was attended by DICCI National President , National Vice President , Rajasthan Chair , Vice President , and , along with other office bearers. The discussions were held in a positive and constructive atmosphere, focusing on long-term strategies for inclusive economic development and entrepreneurial growth.
