The National SC-ST Hub (NSSH), an initiative of the Ministry of MSME, Government of India, implemented through The National Small Industries Corporation Ltd. (NSIC), in association with the Dalit Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DICCI), Rajasthan Chapter, will organise an Entrepreneur Awareness & Special Vendor Development Programme (EA & SVDP) on 07 July 2026 at Dr. Ambedkar Memorial Welfare Society Rajasthan, 13–14, Jhalana Institutional Area, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
The programme is being organised with the objective of empowering Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) entrepreneurs by creating awareness about Government procurement policies, vendor development opportunities, MSME support schemes, financial assistance, quality compliance, digital procurement platforms, and capacity-building initiatives. The event is expected to provide a common platform for entrepreneurs to directly interact with officials from Central Ministries, Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs), financial institutions, and procurement agencies.
The programme will be graced by Smt. Mercy Epao, Joint Secretary, Ministry of MSME, Government of India, as the Chief Guest. Shri S. S. Acharya, Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD), The National Small Industries Corporation Ltd. (NSIC), and Shri Sanjiv Dangi, National Vice President, DICCI, will attend the programme as the Guests of Honour. Shri Shashi Kiran, IRSME, Chief Rolling Stock Engineer, North Western Railway, Government of India, will attend the programme as the Special Guest.
Senior officials from the Ministry of MSME, NSIC, the Government of Rajasthan, Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs), financial institutions, and leading industry associations will also participate, making the event a significant platform for fostering entrepreneurship, business networking, and procurement opportunities for SC/ST Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs).
The inaugural session will feature a welcome address by Shri Umesh Dixit, General Manager, National SC-ST Hub, followed by a presentation on the National SC-ST Hub (NSSH) by Shri Kuldeep Singh Rajput, In-charge, National SC-ST Hub (Rajasthan & Gujarat). The programme is being organised under the leadership of Shri Devkinandan Godha, President, DICCI Rajasthan Chapter, in collaboration with the National SC-ST Hub, Ministry of MSME, Government of India.

A dedicated Facilitation Help Desk will remain operational throughout the programme to provide on-the-spot assistance for Udyam Registration, GeM Registration, Vendor Registration guidance, and e-Tendering support for entrepreneurs.
More than 200 SC/ST entrepreneurs, MSMEs, women entrepreneurs, startups, self-help groups, and aspiring entrepreneurs from Jaipur and adjoining districts are expected to participate. The programme is expected to strengthen the participation of SC/ST enterprises in Government procurement, enhance market access, facilitate vendor development with CPSEs, and promote inclusive entrepreneurship in Rajasthan.
Speaking ahead of the programme, officials of the National SC-ST Hub stated that the initiative reflects the Government of India's commitment to strengthening the SC/ST entrepreneurial ecosystem by providing market linkages, capacity building, financial awareness, and direct access to procurement opportunities under various Central Government initiatives.
All eligible SC/ST entrepreneurs, MSMEs, startups, women entrepreneurs, and aspiring business owners are invited to participate and benefit from this unique opportunity to interact directly with senior Government officials, CPSEs, procurement agencies, and financial institutions.
