Aarav and Ahaan Create History in Taekwondo with 113 and 274 Kicks in One Minute Jaipur’s Aarav and Ahaan Karnawat Set New India & Asia Book of Records

Two young Taekwondo athletes from Jaipur have made history in the sport by setting extraordinary records in separate categories. 15-year-old Aarav Karnawat and 11-year-old Ahaan Karnawat have entered the India Book of Records as well as the Asia Book of Records for their exceptional feats.

Aarav and Ahaan achieved these accomplishments under the guidance and inspiration of their grandfather Mahendra Singh Karnawat. On Monday, in the presence of representatives from the India Book of Records and Asia Book of Records, both athletes formally demonstrated their record-setting performances. Coach Pradeep was also present to motivate and support his students.



During the event, Ahaan created a new record for the maximum number of Taekwondo front kicks performed in one minute while holding 2 kg weight. According to the certificate issued by the India and Asia Book of Records, Ahaan executed 113 kicks in one minute with remarkable speed, agility, and focus.



Meanwhile, Aarav Karnawat set a new record for the maximum number of Taekwondo side kicks in one minute while holding 5 kg weight. Demonstrating exceptional balance and technique, Aarav achieved an impressive 274 kicks in one minute, earning recognition at both national and Asian levels.
