Jaipur, 12 December: In a significant courtesy visit, Air Marshal Nagesh Kapoor, Commanding-in-Chief of the South Western Air Command, met with Rajasthan Governor Shri Hari Bhau Bagde at Lok Bhavan on Friday.
The meeting focused on discussions around the development of border areas and the welfare of armed forces personnel stationed in these regions. Both leaders exchanged views on strategies to enhance the living conditions and support systems for soldiers, emphasizing the importance of ensuring the well-being of defense personnel and their families.
The Governor appreciated the contributions of the Air Force in safeguarding national security and highlighted the role of defense forces in promoting stability and development in border regions. Air Marshal Kapoor also briefed the Governor on ongoing initiatives and future plans under the South Western Air Command to further strengthen operational efficiency and welfare measures.
