Rajasthan’s Presence Echoes Strongly in the UAE, Grand Cultural Evening in Abu dhabi Strengthens India-UAE Community Ties, Grand Welcome & Fellowship Ceremony Hosted by (VPBG), UAE


The Vishwakarma Professional & Business Group (VPBG), a leading organization of the Suthar community in the UAE, organized a grand welcome and fellowship ceremony at S Hotel Al Barsha in honor of distinguished guests visiting from India.


The honored guests included prominent NRI industrialist and philanthropist Mr. Sukhdev Ji Jangid (London, Pokaran); popular MLA of Pokaran and Peethadhishwar of Taratra Math, Pujya Mahant Pratap Puri Ji Maharaj; MLA of Jaisalmer Mr. Chhotu Singh Ji Bhati; MLA of Shergarh Mr. Babu Singh Ji Rathore; former BJP District President of Barmer Mr. Swaroop Singh Ji Khara; BJP Star Campaigner Mr. Madan Singh Rajmathai; and anchor Trilok Suthar.



Hundreds of industrialists and dignitaries from the Suthar community attended the event. The guests were warmly welcomed in traditional Rajasthani style with ceremonial safas (turbans), VPBG stoles, and bouquets. The evening was further enriched by captivating cultural performances presented by the renowned Rajasthani folk artist Moti Khan Manganiyar and his team.


Addressing the gathering, Pujya Mahant Pratap Puri Ji Maharaj appreciated the progress of the Suthar community and the achievements of the Indian diaspora abroad. He emphasized the importance of preserving cultural values and patriotism while pursuing success. He stated that through their craftsmanship and skills, community members have brought pride to India globally. He further added that a happy life requires timely and focused hard work in the right direction.


During the program, VPBG office bearers placed a demand before the public representatives for the allocation of land and basic infrastructure at a single location in Rajasthan to establish a dedicated “Furniture Hub.” This initiative aims to strengthen and organize the furniture industry in the state.



MLA Mr. Babu Singh Ji Rathore, MLA Mahant Pratap Puri Ji, MLA Mr. Chhotu Singh Ji Bhati, and Mr. Swaroop Singh Ji Khara assured that they would strongly present this demand before the government. They stated that the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, and the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Rajasthan are keen to encourage Non-Resident Indians to return and establish employment opportunities in India through their skills and entrepreneurship.


Senior industrialist Mr. Sukhdev Ji Jangid, who signed an MoU worth ₹60,000 crore during the Rajasthan Pravasi Conference, shared his inspirational life journey. He urged the Dubai Suthar community to diversify beyond the furniture industry and explore additional sectors. Emphasizing the importance of higher education for the younger generation, he stated that education and innovation are key to building a stronger and more prosperous India.



Several senior office bearers and prominent community members were present at the event, along with hundreds of attendees from across the UAE.


In his concluding address, VPBG Vice Chairman Mr. Lalaram Suthar introduced the organization and highlighted its ongoing social and business initiatives. He reaffirmed VPBG’s commitment to representing the expectations and demands of the Suthar community before the government.


The ceremony concluded on a note of unity, harmony, and a collective commitment toward community advancement.
