Jaipur:
The Jaipur branch of SBI General Insurance was formally inaugurated today. The inauguration ceremony was led by SBI General Insurance Managing Director and CEO Naveen Chandra Jha and SBI Jaipur Circle CGM Sandeep Bhatnagar, who jointly inaugurated the branch by cutting the ribbon and cake. Senior officials and staff members of the company were present on the occasion.
Addressing the gathering, MD and CEO Naveen Chandra Jha said that the launch of the Jaipur branch will enable customers in the region to access better, faster, and more reliable insurance services. He stated that the company’s primary focus is on strengthening digital services, ensuring easy and quick claim settlements, and taking insurance to the grassroots level.
He further emphasized that in today’s time, insurance is as essential as food, clothing, and shelter. With this vision, SBI General Insurance is continuously working to increase awareness about insurance so that a sense of security and trust reaches every section of society.
During the event, Naveen Chandra Jha also expressed concern over the rising cases of cyber fraud and said that SBI General Insurance is continuously working to enhance customer safety by implementing robust cyber security measures.
He added that customer trust is the biggest strength of SBI General Insurance, and the company remains committed to maintaining this trust by working with complete transparency and responsibility.
