Jaipur, February 22, 2026:
A press conference was organized today in Vidyadhar Nagar, Jaipur, by the Akhil Bharatiya Yadav Mahasabha – Legal Cell, Rajasthan, opposing the upcoming film “Yadav Ji Ki Love Story.” The community expressed strong resentment over the proposed release scheduled for February 27 and demanded an immediate ban on the screening and release of the film.
Addressing the media, State President of the Legal Cell, Dr. Umrao Singh Yadav, stated that members of the community across the country are registering their protest through constitutional and lawful means. He alleged that the film attempts to tarnish the image and dignity of the Yadav community. He urged the government to immediately remove the objectionable content from the film or impose a ban on its release.
The organization informed that memorandums are being submitted in Rajasthan and across the country addressed to the Chief Minister, Governor, Prime Minister, and President. Representations are also being submitted to District Collectors and Sub-Divisional Officers at all district headquarters.
The Mahasabha further clarified that legal action is being initiated against those responsible for the film, including filing named complaints and FIRs under due legal process. The organization warned that if the objectionable portions are not removed, the protest will be intensified.
Senior Vice President Advocate Ramchandra Yadav, General Secretary Narendra Yadav, and Advisor Vinod Yadav were also present at the press conference and responded to media queries.
The Mahasabha appealed to the public to maintain peace and harmony, emphasizing that their protest will remain peaceful, constitutional, and within the framework of the law. They also urged the government to conduct an impartial review of the matter.
