Inclusive Dance Festival – Nritya Tarang 2026’ Showcases Talent of Special and Regular Children Together

 



Jaipur, April 29:

On the occasion of International Dance Day, Kala Manzar Society and Rajganga Media House jointly organized the grand event ‘Inclusive Dance Festival – Nritya Tarang 2026’ at Pink City Press Club. The event saw support from Nanne Kadam Society, Rotary Club Jaipur Bapu Nagar, and Saraswati Group of Printing Industries.





Rajkumar Sharma, Editor of Rajganga Media House, welcomed all guests and highlighted that the event featured prominent personalities including chief guest and senior actress & renowned dance guru Usha Shree, distinguished guest and former member of Rajasthan Public Trust Board Basant Jain Bairathi, senior Kathak dance gurus Dr. Geeta Raghuveer and Prerna Shrimali, and special guest, President of Pink City Press Club Mr. Mukesh Meena. All dignitaries encouraged and applauded the children’s talent and enthusiasm






Founder of Kala Manzar Society, Meenakshi Mathur, stated that the festival brought special and regular children together to perform, with the aim of promoting inclusivity and fostering a positive and scientific perspective toward differently-abled children. Under its “Hands Together Campaign”, Kala Manzar Society continues to spread messages of social inclusion, sensitivity, and collaboration.




The event was expertly hosted by senior Doordarshan and All India Radio announcer Shivali Gupta.

The festival included participation from seven schools for special children: Shrinirmal Vivek Special School, Karuna Sparsh School, Treasure Land School, Prayas School, Approach Autism Society, and Lakshya Special Education School. Five schools/NGOs for regular children also participated, including Kathak Kala Kendra, Mayura Dance Classes, Tagore Public Senior Secondary School, Vedika International School, and Nanne Kadam Society.

Participants were awarded certificates by Saraswati Printing Industries and renowned gift and ladies’ purse brand Kalankit.

Mr. Mukesh Meena, President of Pink City Press Club, praised all schools, NGOs, organizers, and coordinators, noting that such events are meaningful efforts to translate the values of participation, sensitivity, and equal opportunity into practice.

As every year, students from JECRC NSS played a key role as volunteers, ensuring the smooth execution of the event and creating a supportive environment for the children.

In her closing remarks, founder Meenakshi Mathur thanked all participants, parents, and supporting organizations, emphasizing that Kala Manzar Society will continue its efforts to promote art and inclusivity in the future.
