A special programme dedicated to motherhood and women’s health awareness was organised at Eternal Hospital on the occasion of Mother’s Day. The event was organised by Empress Club in collaboration with Northern Masale, Mankind Pharma Health OK, Rama Kurtis and Tiny Tray Garden.

The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from women, children, social workers and guests from different fields. The event aimed to honour motherhood, spread awareness about women’s health, and encourage children to express love and gratitude towards their mothers.

During the programme, renowned gynaecologists Dr. Poonam Upadhyay and Dr. Swati Nayak shared valuable information on women’s health and wellness. They highlighted the importance of regular health check-ups, balanced nutrition, mental well-being, and preventive healthcare for women. The doctors emphasised that women, who often prioritise their families, should also take proper care of their own health.

One of the major highlights of the event was a colourful fashion walk presented by children associated with Impact Foundation. The children confidently walked the ramp and received huge appreciation from the audience for their energetic and joyful performance. The outfits for the fashion walk were sponsored by Empress Club. Educational stationery and study material were also distributed among the children to encourage learning and education.

Deepam, Deepika Joshi, Alka and Megha played an important role in preparing the children for the fashion walk by doing their makeup and styling. Their efforts and creativity were highly appreciated by everyone present at the event.

The celebration also featured songs, poetry recitations and heartfelt letters dedicated to mothers by women and children. Several emotional performances touched the hearts of the audience and beautifully reflected the love, sacrifice and strength associated with motherhood.

Special guests Manoj Mudgal and Shweta Mehta Modi attended the event and appreciated the initiative. They described such programmes as meaningful efforts that strengthen social values and promote respect for women and mothers in society.

At the conclusion of the programme, Khushboo Sharma, Founder of Empress Club, expressed gratitude to all guests, doctors, supporting organisations and participants for making the celebration memorable and successful. She said motherhood represents love, sacrifice and compassion, and such celebrations help spread positivity and emotional bonding in society.

The event concluded on a joyful and emotional note, leaving everyone with beautiful memories and a strong message of respect and appreciation for mothers.
