Jaipur, October 2, 2026: Jaipur-based Niharika Rathore has brought a new achievement to Rajasthan by winning the title of ‘The Miss Globe India’. With this achievement, she has become the first participant from Rajasthan to get the opportunity to represent India at the international edition of The Miss Globe, one of the prominent beauty pageants held at the global level.
Niharika will now represent India at the upcoming international competition in Phuket, Thailand, where contestants from several countries will come together to showcase their personality, talent, confidence and cultural heritage.
From LLB studies to the international pageant stage
Niharika is currently pursuing her first year of LLB at Jaipur National University. Alongside her academic journey, she has developed a keen interest in fashion and beauty pageants and has steadily built her presence in the field.
Her father, Ajit Singh Rathore, is associated with the property business, while her mother, Meenakshi Rathore, is a homemaker.
Niharika’s journey in the beauty pageant industry began with Miss Rajasthan. However, a leg injury during the competition prevented her from achieving the position she had expected. Despite the setback, she continued working towards her goal and decided to make another attempt in the world of pageantry.

Special preparations underway in Jaipur
With the international competition approaching, extensive preparations are underway for Niharika in Jaipur. Her mentor and Miss Globe India organisers Yogesh Mishra and Nimisha Mishra said that preparations are being carried out across various aspects of the competition.
Special attention is being given to her personality development, stage presence, communication skills and overall presentation. Preparations are also underway for different rounds of the competition, including the national costume and gown presentation.
Rajasthan’s culture to get a global platform
One of the key focuses of Niharika’s preparations is to showcase the cultural identity of India and Rajasthan on the international stage.
Fashion designers from Jaipur are working on special outfits for her international appearance. The costumes are being designed to bring together elements of Indian culture, Rajasthan’s traditional heritage and contemporary fashion.
Gowns designed by Madhuri Chetwani of Dresszilla will also be showcased by Niharika during the international competition.
‘The Miss Globe’ has an Indian connection
The Miss Globe pageant also has a connection with India’s beauty pageant history. In the past, the competition was associated with actress and former Miss Universe Sushmita Sen’s ‘I Am She’ platform.
Niharika’s selection to represent India at the international stage marks a significant milestone in her journey. From participating in Miss Rajasthan to overcoming an injury and returning to the pageant circuit through Miss Fusion India, she has now reached the global stage.
