Jaipur, 21 November. Applications have been invited from private institutions through the RajNOC portal for opening new Veterinary and Animal Science Colleges in various districts of Rajasthan. Minister for Animal Husbandry, Gopalan and Devasthan, Shri Joraram Kumawat, inaugurated the portal on Friday.
He informed that private institutions wishing to establish new Veterinary and Animal Science Colleges in the state may apply online to obtain the No Objection Certificate (NOC) / Essentiality Certificate from the State Government. Applications can be submitted through the link available on the RajNOC portal of the Department of Information Technology at https://rajnoc.rajasthan.gov.in/ from 21.11.2025 (10:00 AM) to 28.11.2025 (5:00 PM). He said that this initiative of the State Government will help address the shortage of veterinary doctors and other technical staff in the coming years.
On this occasion, Department Director Dr. Anand Sejra, Additional Director Dr. Vikas Sharma, and other senior officials were present.
