Jaipur, December 13, 2025:
The third and final day of the 10th International Health Psychology Conference concluded successfully with insightful and reflective academic activities. The conference witnessed participation from academicians, researchers, mental health professionals and students from India and abroad.
On the final day, a special workshop on breathwork, healthy diet and nutrition was organized, conducted by internationally renowned experts Lena Kristina Tulls and Sari H. Neyberg. The workshop emphasized the integration of psychological well-being with a positive and balanced lifestyle, highlighting the importance of holistic health for overall well-being.
Following the workshop, the valedictory ceremony was held, marking the successful conclusion of the three-day international conference. Prof. Prerna Puri expressed her heartfelt gratitude to all delegates and participants. She particularly appreciated the presence of international representatives from Sweden, France, Palestine and Nepal, along with participants from various parts of India.
Dr. Chandrani Sen presented a detailed overview of the various academic and interactive activities conducted throughout the conference. Conference Chair Prof. Anand Kumar extended special thanks to the Department of Psychology, University of Rajasthan, and the Indian Institute of Psychology, Noida, for their support and collaboration in organizing the event. He acknowledged the collective efforts of all individuals associated with the successful execution of the three-day conference under the banner of IAHP.
In his address, Prof. Anand Kumar highlighted the concept of holistic health, stating that ancient texts such as the Vedas, Upanishads and the Bhagavad Gita have long served as valuable guides for counseling and mental well-being. He emphasized the importance of being solution-focused rather than problem-focused in life.
On this occasion, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for academic collaboration was also signed with Ms. Julie Gerland from France, strengthening international academic cooperation. The concluding address was delivered by Dr. Kranti Shrivastava, who expressed sincere thanks to all contributors for making the conference a grand success.
