In the afternoon, renowned mountaineer Reena Bhatti conducted a power talk titled “Climb Your Limits: Strong Mind, Strong Life”, highlighting the importance of mental strength, goal-setting and self-belief, and emphasising that a marathon is as much a mental challenge as a physical one.
