The RMBF Kolkata Chapter, in association with Rotary International District 3291, successfully hosted the 8th Edition of RMB Connect 2026 at Hotel Kenilworth, Kolkata. The flagship business conclave brought together entrepreneurs, business professionals, policymakers, and Rotarians from across the country, reinforcing its position as a dynamic platform where business, innovation, and intelligence converge. More than 50 entrepreneurs from Kolkata participated in the event.
Global Vision and Leadership
The highlight of the conclave was the presence of Rtn. Arvind Kumar Batra, International Vice Chairman, Rotary Means Business Fellowship (RMBF), who attended as Guest of Honour. The event commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by Rtn. Batra, symbolising knowledge, unity, and ethical business growth.
In his keynote address, Rtn. Batra emphasized the importance of expanding business networks beyond geographical boundaries. He highlighted RMBF’s strength as a global fellowship connecting entrepreneurs and professionals across continents, fostering meaningful collaborations and trusted partnerships.
He urged members to “think globally while acting locally,” encouraging the Kolkata business community to leverage the RMBF platform for cross-border relationships, international trade linkages, and strategic alliances. He also stressed the importance of adaptability, continuous learning, and ethical leadership in today’s technology-driven business ecosystem.
AI Business Masterclass
A major attraction of RMB Connect 2026 was a three-hour AI Business Masterclass conducted by Mr. Amit Jadhav—entrepreneur, speaker, coach, actor, and author of the Amazon-listed book AI Unzipped.
The session focused on practical applications of Artificial Intelligence, offering actionable insights on growth acceleration, operational efficiency, brand-building, intelligent automation, and advanced marketing strategies. Through structured frameworks and case-based learning, participants gained a deeper understanding of integrating AI into modern business systems.
